1. Payment methods

Credit or debit card: we work with the main cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), and the charge is processed through a secure payment gateway right when you confirm the order.

Bank transfer: if you prefer, you can transfer the amount to the account we provide when you close the purchase. We process the order as soon as we confirm the money has arrived.

Payment in 2 instalments: to make buying easier, we let you split the amount into two payments, in line with the conditions that apply to each order.

2. Security and SSL encryption

Every operation on excontainer.es runs over a protected connection with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption: the information is transmitted encrypted and shielded from unauthorised access.

We never keep your banking details on our servers. They are handled directly by the financial institution and the payment gateway, both compliant with the PCI DSS security standard.

3. Invoicing

As soon as payment is confirmed, we email you the order confirmation and the matching invoice, showing every tax detail of the transaction.
