Refund method
Refunds at ExContainer follow a transparent procedure with no surprises. On this page we set out exactly how and when you will receive the amount due to you.
1. How the refund is made
We always return the money through the same channel you used to buy. If you paid by card, the amount goes back to that same card; if you chose bank transfer, we pay it into the bank account you give us.
The refund carries no extra cost for the customer, whatever the payment method involved.
2. Refund time frames
As soon as we approve the return and check the condition of the container, we launch the refund, which is completed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The exact moment the amount shows up in your account depends on your bank, and it can take a little longer when the payment was made by card.
3. Methods and conditions
When the purchase was paid in 2 instalments, the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid up to the time of the request.
If that period has gone by and you still cannot see your refund, the first step is to check with your bank. If the issue continues, write to us at contacto@excontainer.es and we will help you sort it out as quickly as possible.
