Returns and refunds
Your satisfaction is the goal behind every order at ExContainer. On this page you will find, clearly laid out, how to exercise your right of withdrawal and how to handle the return or refund of your container.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days, counted from the moment you receive the container, to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This is recognised under Spanish consumer protection law.
To activate this right, simply email us at contacto@excontainer.es with a clear, unambiguous request that includes your order details.
2. Conditions for returns
The container must come back in the same condition it was delivered: it can only have been handled as much as needed to check its nature and characteristics, and the original packaging should be kept whenever feasible.
The direct cost of transporting the container back is covered by the customer. The only exception is when the return stems from an error on our side or a fault in the product, in which case we cover it.
3. Return process
Once your request reaches us, our team gives you the instructions to coordinate collection of the container. If you prefer, you can start the process straight from the refund request form available at excontainer.es.
As soon as the container arrives and we check its condition, we confirm that the return is accepted and set the matching refund in motion.
4. Refunds
We return the amount through the same payment method you used to buy, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we verify the returned container. You will find every detail on our refund method page.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not cover bespoke containers, meaning those built or modified to the customer's specifications (structural changes, custom finishes, specific installations). Because they are made to measure, current legislation expressly excludes them.
