Delivery policy
ExContainer handles the transport of shipping containers and modular constructions to anywhere in Spain. Below you will find the lead times, shipping areas, and conditions that apply to the delivery of your order.
1. Delivery times
For containers available in stock, delivery usually takes place between 7 and 15 business days from payment confirmation. When the container is customized or modified, the lead time may extend to 30-45 business days, depending on the type of modification you have requested.
As soon as your order is ready, our team will call you or write to you at contacto@excontainer.es to agree on the delivery date and time slot with you.
2. Shipping areas and transport costs
The transport fee depends on the destination area: shipments to mainland Spain cost €400 per unit, while shipments to the Islands (Balearic and Canary Islands) cost €650 per unit.
If you need an international delivery or wish to receive several units, we invite you to ask us for a custom quote through our contact form.
3. Container transport
Depending on the dimensions and weight of each unit, the container is transported on a truck with a self-loading crane or on a flatbed. It is up to the customer to make sure that the unloading area is accessible to the vehicle and has enough space to carry out the maneuvers.
If access were to require additional means (an extra crane, public road occupation permits, etc.), the costs this generates shall be borne by the customer, always after informing them in advance and obtaining their acceptance of the quote.
4. Receipt of goods
Before signing the delivery note, the customer must inspect the condition of the container at the moment of delivery. If any visible damage or incident is found, it must be stated in writing on the delivery document.
Should you notice any anomaly once the goods have been received, you have a period of 24 hours to report it to us at contacto@excontainer.es, attaching photographs that evidence the incident.
