Privacy policy
At ExContainer the privacy of our users is a priority: we handle their personal data with full transparency and in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
The personal data collected through this website is processed by EXCONTAINER SL, holder of tax ID (NIF) B88641386 and with registered office at Calle Lorenza Correa, 14 - CS 2 - 28039 Madrid (Spain), acting as data controller. For any question regarding your data, you can write to us at contacto@excontainer.es or call us at +34 682 56 18 20.
2. Data we collect
We only process the data that the user voluntarily supplies when filling in our contact, registration or purchase forms, for example first and last name, postal address, email address, telephone number and the information needed to invoice and ship the order.
We may also gather certain data automatically while you browse, through cookies, as described in our cookie policy.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
We use your data to maintain the commercial relationship, process orders, issue the corresponding invoices, arrange shipments and answer your enquiries. This processing is justified by the performance of the sales contract and, where applicable, by the user's consent.
With your prior authorisation, we may also use your data to send you commercial communications about our products and services. In that case the legal basis is consent, which you may revoke whenever you wish.
4. User rights
As a user, you are entitled to access your personal data, to rectify any inaccurate information and to request its erasure where appropriate. You may also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it and exercise your right to data portability.
To enforce any of these rights, simply write to us at contacto@excontainer.es, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. Should you consider it necessary, you may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Data retention
We will keep your personal data for as long as it remains necessary for the purpose that prompted its collection and to deal with any liabilities that may arise from such processing, always within the time limits set by tax and commercial regulations.
